It’s a Christmas Tradition in my family, to make sausage rolls on Christmas Eve and have them for breakfast on Christmas morning – I don’t know why we started, but it’s a tradition we now do every year without fail!

I love baking from scratch and trying new flavours, but sometimes there just isn’t time to try a new recipe. Whenever I want to make something quickly, or just want a ‘cheat day’ with my baking, I fall back on some ready-made pastry and a quick filling!

It seems that all we hear about, is how damaging our actions are, but not what we are doing to try and fix it. Well, we are trying to fix it and, the good news is, this new project has the potential to boost the Climate fight!

It’s not Christmas without gingerbread biscuits! To me, they’re like the door to the festive season. Seeing gingerbread men gets me thinking about Christmas and, with snowflake gingerbreads, even more so!
