Pulled pork (but vegan!) was something that I’d wanted to try making for a while, but I was quite intimidated… I thought a lot of the flavour came from the pork, but it seems mushrooms can work just as well… if not better!
I have always loved bagels, but thought that they would be something that I wouldn’t be able to easily recreate. Well, I was mistaken! Not only are these bagels really easy to make, but you only need one bowl and just 5-ingredients.
