For Christmas, one of my bestest friends gifted me some chocolate coconut popcorn (she knows me so well!) and I became slightly obsessed… I ate it all in one go! So I had to make some more!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Tiramisu is a perfect New Year’s dessert and cupcakes are great for parties, or just making an occasion feel like a party, so why not combine the two? What better way to say goodbye to 2020 and show our hope for 2021!
It’s a Christmas Tradition in my family, to make sausage rolls on Christmas Eve and have them for breakfast on Christmas morning – I don’t know why we started, but it’s a tradition we now do every year without fail!
I love baking from scratch and trying new flavours, but sometimes there just isn’t time to try a new recipe. Whenever I want to make something quickly, or just want a ‘cheat day’ with my baking, I fall back on some ready-made pastry and a quick filling!
As we’re fully into the Christmas season now, it seemed only right to make some reindeer cupcakes – chocolate four ways, a fudgy cupcake and a bit of fun!
It’s not Christmas without gingerbread biscuits! To me, they’re like the door to the festive season. Seeing gingerbread men gets me thinking about Christmas and, with snowflake gingerbreads, even more so!
I’ve been making chocolate cupcakes since the very start of my vegan journey & they have become a firm favourite in my family!
